The Story behind
SHOP M

Maria has been doing crafts all her life. It has been her go to activity when she needs a pick-me-up. She enjoys trying different crafting mediums including but not limited to cross-stitch, sewing, drawing, painting, papercrafts, and woodwork.

When she retired from the Navy in January of 2023 she fell back into her love of crafting and did many local markets selling her custom designs.

As a mom of 3, she loves to show her daughters how to create fun crafts using different techniques. This gave her the idea that she should make a space in the Cowichan Valley for other kids and adults to let out there creative side!
